Our client, based in the north of Luxembourg, is a market leader in their activity in the industrial sector, is looking for a Patent & Technology Watch Assistant.
Your Mission:
Patent Management
Updating the Patent Database, organising it thanks to specific IT tools (QPAT, Excel), updating or creating Patent Fact Sheets
Running literature surveys in preparation of patent application filings and during the process assisting Patent & Technology Watch Manager in answering the requests of attorneys and patent offices.
Ensuring the filing of the different documents.
Tracking and following-up competitor patents
Ensuring the payment of the fees and annuities in relation with the different attorneys, payment intermediates (CPI,…) and the Patent & Technology Watch manager as well as following the patent budget.
